Directions:
Foam thoroughly before inserting into Filter. Maintenance: Foam inserts should be rinsed using water from the aquarium. Inserts should be cleaned monthly and replaced every 2 months. Do not replace all ??filter media simultaneously. Stagger media replacement to ensure constant bacterial populations.
Caution:
Never use soap or detergent on any items placed in your aquarium, as they are highly toxic to fish.
